Job Description
- Support daily payment transactions processing (Both Foreign and Local Currencies).
- Prepare and review external and internal reports on a daily or monthly basis.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, relationship managers, and other branches.
- Work closely with Business Partners to ensure delivery of quality proactive services.
- Perform all duties as assigned by the Department Head or Group Head.
Responsibilities
- University or College graduate with major in a business-related degree.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Payments Services.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Knowledgeable in local regulations related to payments documentation.
- A proactive learner and self-starter, taking initiative in continuous improvement in all job-related aspects.
- Good skills in communication, time management problem solving.
- Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Word, Excel, Macro and PowerPoint.
- Business related licenses.
