Operational Compliance Officer recruitment
KEY REPONSIBLITIES
• Provision of ongoing technical regulatory advice
• Upholding and maintaining a compliant environment throughout operations team
• Advise on new product development
• Demonstrate an up to date working knowledge of FSA regulations and,
• Ensure adherence to lending legislation, specifically MCOB and CCA regulations
SKILLS REQUIRED
• 10 years or more working with retail or HNW banking industries
• A working knowledge of CCA, MCOBS and key FSA retail regulation. This must include new retail lending developments
• Sound knowledge of all relevant retail products across lending i.e. loans, regulated loans credit
• Good knowledge of cross border business and related regulatory issues.
