OPERATIONAL DIRECTOR / CHAIRMAN OF THE BANK’S BOARD recruitment

 AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

-         Back-office (credits, deposits, payments),

-         Operation directorate in the banking business (methodology, new products, IT).

RESPONSIBILITIES

-         Back-office management (passive operations, credit operations);

-         Management of division implementing distant customer service (individuals and legal entities);

-         Management of division providing procedure of crediting of individuals and legal entities;

-         Coordination of divisions (including front-office) responsible for functioning of business-processes (settlement and cash services, deposits, cash and cashless conversion, crediting) and of business processes of the Bank’s infrastructure (cash and cashless payments, collection, currency control, plastic cards infrastructure, operations in the financial and capital markets, standart/soft/hard collection);

-         Early detection and initiation of procedures of bringing the system of internal control and risk assessment in accordance with the requirements of CBR;

-         Execution of representative functions and providing of interaction with CBR and fiscal authorities;

-         Participation in the Credit Committee;

-         Organizing and providing of:

o    The normal working day of the Department’s staff,

o    KPI compliance,

o    Compliance of the staff motivation system;

 -        Providing of functioning of operational model of banking business.

 REQUIREMENTS

-         Age: 30-40;

-         Gender isn’t matter;

-         High education (economics, management);

-         3+ years of experience in profile;

-         Knowledge of operational processes of work with products: plastic (processing), credit products (retail, corporate);

-         Knowledge of CBR and fiscal authorities regulations: products sales, customer services execution, settlements, crediting and maintenance of loan portfolios, laws in the area of currency control and AML;

-         Personal qualities:  leadership, ambition. 

CONDITIONS 

-         Employment according to the Labor Code;

-         Salary should be discussed;

-         Social package;

-         Work schedule: 5/2, 9.30 – 18.00;

-       Probation period: 3 months.
