Operational Due Diligence analyst – VP Level
A leading global fund of funds is currently looking to add an Operational due diligence analyst to their London office. You will be responsible for the operational due diligence review of all new and existing investments held within managed products.
This position reports to the Head of ODD and is at SVP level. You must be looking to make the move to a leading firm and have the ability to
work across a large number of strategies.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in a similar role.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have performed the following tasks.
• monthly reviews of proposed Funds
• Operational due diligence on new hedge fund managers
• Reviewing Funds Prospectus-Audited Financial Statements
• Analysis of liquidity terms of proposed Funds and also review of financing-liquidity arrangements.
• Review of operational set up focussing on trade process, systems and operational infrastructure.
• Written operational due diligence reports for presentation to the Investment Committee
• Provide best practice improvements to proposed Managers to ensure they meet the standards required.
• Review of current operational due diligence process
• Attend conferences - participate in key industry events
• Working directly with ODD team
• due diligence visits
