Operational Excellence recruitment

Our client, a leading global e-commerce company, is looking for an Operational Excellence Professional to join their APAC team as leader and Manager, reporting in to Shanghai. This role needs to work very closely with cross-functional teams from both business units and operations (marketing, product product integrations, risk ops, bu, e2e, cs/rs and others if needed) to support the strategy and business cases to improve customer experiences and team efficiencies in operations. It is expected the person will be main point of contact on new business and product initiatives from the business units where there is impact to Operations.

You will know the product, processes, and systems for the APAC customer end-to-end, with a keen focus on the customer and agent experience. You will collaborate globally cross-organizationally with marketing, customer support, operations, risk management, and other functional areas to manage all aspects of new product and service roll-outs.

We are looking for the experience in project management including defining and achieving targets while optimizing the use of resources (time, money, people, systems, etc) over the course of a project (a set of activities of finite duration).

You will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be flexible to travel up 20%.
