Operational Risk and Market Risk Manager recruitment

The operational risk and market risk manager will be responsible for:
-Daily risk reporting of counterparty and market risk
-Daily interaction with group risk management on overall positions and risk limits
-Daily interaction with finance on the P/L from positions booked
-Oversight of the liquidity risk management process
-Interaction with group risk management on the operational risk analysis
-Regulatory capital adequacy and liquidity filings with the FSA

This operational risk and market risk manager position is ideal for candidates with the ability to handle pressure and work to challenging deadlines. The successful operational risk and market risk manager will possess the following experience and skills:
-An experienced risk professional with solid relevant experience in both the operational risk and market risk fields
-Strong academic attainment
-Strong MS Excel and Access skills
-Hardworking, flexible, reliable, team-player, motivator and communicator
-Organised, lateral thinker and quick to learn
-Experience of working in a multi-national group finance environment will be advantageous
-The ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences both within and outside of the broker
