Operational Risk, Associate, Banking recruitment
The Company
Due to expansion and internal promotions, this highly respected global Banking institution is now seeking an extremely driven and qualified individual to assume the above role within their Risk Compliance area.
The Role
- Implement, maintain and enhance the groups' operational risk management framework;
- Review, update and formulate Operational Risk policies and procedures;
- Ensure risk profiles are in place and maintained in accordance with group standards;
- Carry out controls assessments/programs such as Key Risk Indicator, Operations Risk Action Plans, and, Operations Risk Self Assessment;
- Prepare monthly reports to management; and
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial institution in operational risk or Risk Management worlds. You will have a strong understanding of the operational risk environment and framework. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
