Operational Risk, Associate, Investment Bank recruitment
The Company
Our client is a large and well respected investment bank. Due to an internal promotion within this team they are currently seeking an experienced Operational Risk professional with strong risk and control assessment experience.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing the groups' operational risk management framework, reviewing and formulating policies and procedures. You will also ensure all controls assessments (e.g. KRI, BCMP) are carried out. You will assist in the preparation of reports to management.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. You will have a strong understanding of the operational risk environment and framework. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial institution in operational risk. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
