Operational Risk AVP

A key part of this role will require strong stakeholder management at all levels and across all functions.

Accountabilities

Build and maintain relationships with internal risk divisions

Provide training and guidance to business areas on Operational Risk and ensure risk events are identified, reported and managed.

Ensure risk MI is complete, accurate and records are maintained

Contribute to operational risk reporting across the business

Requirements

Knowledge of Internal and external risk mitigation techniques, governance and control requirements

Experience of working within a risk and control function – either operational risk or internal audit

Excellent communication and influencing skills
