Operational Risk AVP recruitment
Job Description
As the AVP, you will report directly to the Head of Operational Risk and look after the following responsibilities:
- Drive operational risk projects across the Asia region
- Participate in the enhancement of regional operational risk reports for the Asia Compliance and Operational Risk Council as well as other external committees
- Liaise with other Lines of Business to ensure consistency and compliance in accordance to Risk and Control Self Assessments
- Ensure corporate policies are complied with with regards to Corproate Risk Management Programs
- Utilize corporate risk management tools to strengthen the risk profile reports before it is districuted to the region
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this position, you must possess a university degree and at least 4 years of solid Operational Risk experience within a recognized financial institution. Proven track record of using operational risk management techniques are also highly sought after. Ideally you should have been in a leadership position with excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
