Operational Risk, Banking recruitment
Key responsibilities:
- To manage the collation, data analysis and action plan for the operational incident
- Provide assistance to the Head of Risk Management in monitoring and reporting of the operational risk issues for the Bank
- Provide advise to business from Operational Risk perspective
- Driving the Operational Risk and control framework (RCSA), KRI Implementation, risk review, etc
- Management of Operational Risk System and preparation of the Quarterly Risk Report to be presented to the Risk committee and Senior Management
- Perform BCM duties and managing all BCM regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk awareness training to staff
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience with at least 4 years experience in the internal control and operational risk function.
- Understanding of Wealth Management processes and operations is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
