As our Operational Risk Framework Adviser, you’ll be accountable for initiatives to develop the operational risk framework in line with industry best practice and regulatory requirements to ensure that Operational Risks are managed within Board appetite. You’ll develop training material and communications to raise and maintain understanding of the operational risk framework across our business.
In order to be successful you’ll have…
- Good understanding of Operational Risk regulatory requirements and developments, and industry best practice
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical, data manipulation and interpretation and validation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of PC packages
- Experience of developing training materials and delivery of training to individuals and groups
