A leading Asset Manager in the city of London is seeking a subject matter expert to ensure the business is effectively identifying and managing risk. This is a role that requires strong stakeholder management and championing Operational risk
Working within a small but successful team, your duties will include:
• Identifying and assessing the impact and likelihood of operational risk across the business
• Ensure the application of risk policies, procedures and supporting systems to ensure the effective monitoring and management of risk
• Report on an on-going basis on key business risks and significant control deficiencies in order to meet internal needs, client requirements and legal and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key operational point of contact for internal and external audit with management
• Review on-going business changes and new product development to ensure the business incorporates new processes/ procedures in risk maps and that the control framework is maintained.
Requirements:
• Experience within Operational Risk within an Asset or Investment Manager
• Strong stakeholder management experience
