Operational Risk Manager – Leading Banking institution recruitment
An opening currently exists for an experienced operational risk manager based in London working with one of the UKs premier (top tier) banking institutions. Working as an ops risk manager you will be responsible for the management of 2 analysts assigned to ensuring compliance with operational risk policies and controls. You will be ensuring that there is a consistent application of risk identification and mitigation procedures and have the impetus to devise new systems and policies as required.
The client is looking for a candidate with a large banking background who has implemented and delivered effective risk management across a complex organisation. You will have experience in complex derivatives operational risk such as commodities or fixed income. You must have current experience in people management and be a presentable, effective communicator.
