About our Client
Our client is a leading provider of consumer finance in China, which is wholly owned by one of the largest international investment groups in the Central and Eastern European region. Currently they are looking for a Operation Risk Manager to join their team in Tianjin.
Job Description
Key objective: To manage and control the outsourcing process and meet the requirement of outsourcing policy
Duties and responsibilities:
- To have responsibility on developing, reviewing outsourcing policy procedure manuals Lead the planning, monitoring and execution of outsourcing projects ensuring delivery to quality, cost and time.
- Develop and manage outsourced projects in line with the defined standards and control processes.
- Ensure that outsourced project scope is tightly controlled and any change managed through the correct approval process.
- Undertake risk analysis and record all risks and issues with appropriate mitigating actions.
- Liaising with the outsourced vendor throughout the project life cycle. Where appropriate, participate in establishing the scope and budget of the project.
- Ensure that projects are adequately resourced at all times by proper planning, monitoring and forecasting and reacting promptly to situations as they arise.
- Manage the contract requests across product teams in CFC. Drive the full contract lifecycle.
- Work with sales, Legal and Finance organizations to ensure full executions on time and with exceptional quality.
- Work collaboratively within the team in support of common goals and initiatives
- Other issues assigned by company.
The Successful Applicant
- Education/Experience 1)Finance, Economics, law or relative bachelor degree or above; 2) Minimum 5 years working experience in project management; familiar with finance management, budget planning and risk control principles, within which, experience in the Big Four Accounting Firms is preferred; 3) Demonstrable industry related experience in the area of Project
- Management Required skills 1) Excellent abilities for interpersonal communication, coordination, planning and execution, good team leadership skills and enthusiastic at work; 2) Good presentation abilities in both Mandarin and English (oral and written ); Freely in communication in English in reading and writing; 3) Have a good working ethic, think closely and clearly, and have a strong sense of responsibilities
