As the Operational Risk Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining, developing and enhancing the Operational Risk Framework
- Working collaboratively with the Business areas to successfully implement the Framework
- Working to promote a culture of responsibility and accountability for Operational Risk Management
- Providing expert knowledge, challenge and oversight in the areas of Information Security and IT Risk
Experience required:
- Ability to collate and understand complex interdependencies and take a strategic view of Operational Risk Management
- Experienced in Operational Risk Policy development.
- Broad knowledge of Operational Risk Management across the customer lifecycle.
Ideally, you will have a background in IT Risk and Control, and IT Security. Exposure to COSO, COBIT and ITIL will be well regarded, as will experience in an IT audit role.
