Operational Risk Oversight Manager
An exciting opportunity as been created for an Operational Risk Oversight Manager to join the Swindon based head office of a renowned financial services organisation.
The Operational Risk Oversight Manager will work closely with the wider operational risk team and key stakeholders within the business to ensure operational risk oversight as a second line of defence is applied in practice. You will be involved in reviewing governance and control frameworks with a view to improving where appropriate. In additional you will be planning and conducting reviews, reporting to and liaising with operational management.
The successful applicant will have strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. You will demonstrate a sound understanding of risk and controls management, ideally gained in a financial services or Big 4 environment.
