Operational Risk – Policy Review recruitment

Key requirements to the role:

-           A background of all around Operational Risk policy review, including providing a clear governance structure, organisation, authorities and accountabilities.

-           Have run a review and presented the recommended changes to Board level.

-           To identify gaps in policy and ensure this is escalated to ensure the business is running to full potential.

-           Exposure to Operational Risk frameworks is a must.

The role requires the candidate to be available immediately and to have the above background from 2 or more leading financial services organisations.
