The Company
Due to a greater need to identify and improve operational processes and procedures, a terrific new role is now available at a prominent international bank for an experienced Operational Risk Manager. Reporting into the Head of Operational Risk, this position is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up.
The Role
- Developing, maintaining and enhancing the Operational Risk framework across the bank;
- Ensuring all controls assessments are carried out;
- Managing any operational risk issues and escalating events where need be;
- Reviewing and formulating operational risk policies and guidelines;
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. You will have a strong understanding of the operational risk environment and framework. You will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in a financial institution in operational risk. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
