They operate a fully managed service which includes an e-commerce software solution that licenses software seats without any accountability to generate a real ROI.

 

The Role

 

The Operations Account Manager will serve as the primary contact between assigned Client and the Company provide relevant client feedback and works to resolve service problems.  Plans, coordinates, and manages activities of assigned project to ensure all performance metrics are met.  Administers these duties in both  English and German to support prestigious Tier 1 clients and programs.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

·         Act as TouchCommerce primary interface and point-of-contact between the Client(s) and all TouchCommerce departments to define programs/project requirements develop solutions, implementation activities and service delivery required to successfully meet agreed upon client business goals and objectives.

 

·         Interact with all departments to resolve client issues and opportunities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and on-going project/client growth.

 

·         Continuously evaluate client program and recommend improvement opportunities.  May require escalation to resolve critical issues.

 

·         Coordinate client program/project development and integration, i.e., staffing, scheduling, training, system installation, program design/testing, etc., with all TouchCommerce. departments to meet required time frames.  Includes project expansion and /or new client business.

·         Possess comprehensive understanding of call center operations, and have excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Experience with employee relations.

 

Education

 

 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common company inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
