OPERATIONS ANALYST BOSTON

Our clients include central banks, official institutions, corporations, pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, and mutual funds. In the U.S. we have offices in Boston, Chicago, New Jersey and New York. We have an excellent career opportunity for an Operations Analyst in our Boston office. Individual will be responsible ensuring that all executed trades are settled accurately and within the proper timeframe.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Handle all US Equities, Fixed Income, ADRs, ABS, CDS and TBAs.
- Maintain broker and bank delivery instruction database, archive all broker confirms, notify all interested parties of pending trade activity, maintain broker and interested party contact information and develop and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, custodians and traders.
- Additional operations functions for Institutional, Funds and Structured Products portfolios that may include reconciliation, reporting and audit related tasks.
- Trade processing, trade clearance and trade settlement.
- Archive all broker confirms.
- Maintain broker delivery instruction database.
- Maintain broker and custodial bank relationships.
- Set up all new securities in Decalog/DQC.
- Compile reports.
- Prepare audit related requests.

Academic Background and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Math.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Related financial services internship(s)/work experience a strong plus.
- Minimum of two years’ experience.
- Strong working knowledge of all software tools used in the transaction and settlement process.
