Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
l Co-check trade confirmation against dealing form. Liaising with the in-house trader and broker in case of any trade discrepancy
l Preparing daily trade report to Prime Brokerage and fund administrator
l Reconciliation between Prime Brokerage / fund administrator and in-house records
l Preparing payment instructions for cash transfer / fee settlement
l Preparing funding for redemption payment and subscription monthly
l Proper filing including trade confirms / application forms for clients’ subscription redemption
l Preparing daily statement / risk report
l Reporting discrepancy between the in-house and official NAV
l Prepare other Ac-hoc reporting as assigned by the supervisor
l Liaising with auditor / fund administrator for audit schedule
Requirements:
l University graduate
l At least 3 years of Middle / back office working experience in asset management or PB
l Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
l Well-versed with MS Office applications, Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
