Operations Analyst- Hedge Fund recruitment

The Role
You will be responsible for tracking OTC Option, equity swap trades, and positions across multiple PBs. You will have to reconcile all international equities, FX, options, futures on a daily basis. Your role includes coordinating between the portfolio managers/traders and outside counterparties to resolve any issues that may occur. You also be responsible for reviewing all voluntary and mandatory corporate actions posted to an account and interface between PBs and the Trading desk on position implications.
Your Profile
- Degree holder in related field of work.
- 2-5 years experience in a financial institution or hedge fund.
- Proficient Excel skills (V-lookups, macros, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of international markets, Bloomberg, corporate actions, futures, FX, and OTC products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- English and Cantonese/Chinese is essential for this role
