OPERATIONS ANALYST recruitment

The operations analyst will provide information and analysis to support strategic, marketing, sales, and operating goals.  This role will drive improvements in data integrity, timeliness, and accessibility in shared databases and reporting.  The analyst will mine data to determine relationships in current and new data sources to identify opportunities for improving distribution and financial results.  Additionally, the analyst will provide day-to-day oversight and management of third-party IT and CRM vendors.  This role will interface with the sales team and support the sales/marketing, subscription, and financial planning processes.

The successful candidate will take pride in producing thorough, error-free work and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.  Because the candidate is expected to have the capacity to handle a variety of complex tasks that require a high degree of precision (at times within tight time frames), a high level of intellect, attention to detail, superior time management skills and a strong work ethic will be important to the candidate’s success.  The position also requires strong written and verbal communications skills and exceptional Microsoft Office skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
