OPERATIONS ANALYST recruitment
You will need to work closely with internal operations, portfolio management teams, traders and external parties to resolve post-dealing, settlement, and instruction related to corporate action issues. Your responsibilities will includes:
- Reconcile between clients' positions and accounting entries.
- Reconcile internal books of records with custodian and trustee
- Serve as primary point of contact for queries from internal and external parties (clients, brokers, custodians and regulators).
- Assist with analysis and implementation of new product development.
- Proactive, team player and proficient in MS Office especially in Excel.
- Stock borrowing lending experience would be a plus.
To be considered, you should be a university graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry with fluency in written and spoken English and preferably Cantonese.
