Operations and Finance Manager recruitment

You will be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring strong Campus financial and operational management systems are in place to meet exacting targets and to enhance the performance standards and profitability of the campus. You will be involved in managing the Campus’ contracts, liaising with external suppliers to ensure we obtain best value, and will drive core business process improvements for areas such as HR database, timetabling and attendance systems, payments processes, student/staff portal.

You will also provide financial advice and guidance to senior management to enable them to manage and plan the future development of the campus.

Qualified to ACCA standard (or equivalent), you will have significant commercial experience in budget planning, forecasting and financial management. You will also need a proven track record of initiating and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers and other stakeholders in areas such as: Estates and Facilities, Technology Infrastructures, Finance and Human Resources.
