Operations Assistant Job in Austin, Texas US
Sparta Consulting Inc. is a global IT consultancy specializing in enterprise technology and SAP software solutions for our clients. We seek an experienced Operations Assistant for our Austin, Texas office located in Westlake Hills. This will be a 30 day contract-to-hire position with significant responsibility in supporting our Austin based executives, team, and the office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Manage Delivery Financials across projects
2. Own Pipeline Report for Sales
3. Manage staffing needs for Pipeline
4. Coordinate hiring process and on-board all new employees
5. Coordinate office meetings and regional events
6. Prepare documents and presentations (Powerpoint)
7. Coordinate and assembly of Consulting Proposals
8. Support all office administration (supplies, equipment, shipping, mail printing)
9. Arrange travel and submit expenses for 3 Executives
10. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Previous experience in administration and working with senior level executives required
2. High School diploma; College courses or degree desirable but not required
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel). Must be able to create complex spreadsheets with pivot tables.
4. Excellent writing and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Attention to detail and deadlines critical
7. Must be high energy and very professional
