Job title: Operations Assistant
Salary – $2500 – $3000 per month plus quarterly bonus
Operations Assistant - Job purpose
To provide a full administrative support service within a global recruitment organisation. To be the face of the company and to project a friendly and professional image to all external contacts To provide an effective and efficient service to the company, looking for ways to continually improve on what we do, how we do it and how we deliver it. You will be involved in a huge range of responsibilities and growth initiatives, gaining exposure to several areas of sales, vendor management, HR internal recruitment, marketing and operational development. This role is part of the back office operation which is responsible for all administrative functions. The individual needs to be a good communicator, highly sociable, energetic, and keen to make a difference to a growing, dynamic business. Operations Assistant - Responsibilities
Co-ordinating with a global operational HR team
HR Internal Recruitment
Staff on-boarding
Assisting in performance tracking of the revenue generating staff
Marketing press handling, organising company events
Co-ordinating with suppliers
Some office management such as liaising with vendors, websites, accounts
Assisting the regional director on ad hoc tasks
Knowledge, skills and experience needed for the Operations Assistant
Accuracy
Attention to detail punctuality
Excellent communication, highly sociable
Planning and organising - ability to prioritise and multi task
