Operations Assistant recruitment

Our clients are a leading underwriter within the insurance field and are currently looking for a readily available Operations Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will be a junior candidate with at least 6 months of working experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be involved with;
The companies Policy management maintaining their enquiries database, preparing the credit limit schedules and helping with the companies premium invoicing and credit control. You will also be involved with helping the company with their support function; from the supporting the development of the policy management system, producing risk statistics and giving accounting support to the head of Operations and also the CEO as and when required. Due to the nature of this role there is also an element of office admin work on an ad hoc basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to progress within an operations role and of course those looking to further experience within the Insurance field. Candidates with previous premium invoicing and credit control experience would be beneficial. Successful candidates will have a strong interest in the industry and maintain a hands on approach. What's more candidates will be well organised, have good written/ oral communications skills and will also be competent with MS Excel 2010.
