Operations Associate, Fixed Income recruitment
An Associate will correspond and interact with Trading, Compliance, Client Service and other internal teams at Brandywine Global; also correspond with executing brokers and client custodians. Participation in meetings directly related to Fund and Client accounts is expected.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform daily trade processing of Global Fixed Income securities, including Emerging Market Debt and securities executed in countries with restricted currencies.
- Monitor trade flow and matching processes using BBH Infomediary and Omgeo Connect Confirmation systems
- Oversee daily resolution of Fixed Income related settlement issues to completion and participate in OD and claims resolution if required.
- Maintain system data related to broker matching and settlement instructions for notification.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to support Trade Processing and settlement functions.
- Provide assistants and backup for new account and transitions functions related to the Data Management and Market Registration.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
- One to three years experience in financial industry, preferably at a bank, brokerage firm or investment manager, in a position with similar responsibilities..
• OMGEO-ALERT data management experience preferred
