OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE recruitment

The Operations Associate role was born as a direct result of ongoing growth within our firm.  This role demands timely execution on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverables with extreme attention to detail.    The Operations Associate role will focus heavily on data management/analysis, utilization and customizing of Salesforce database system, managing numerous informational reports and multi-tiered channels of written and oral communication with our internal Franchise Partner groups, asset managers and investor clientele.

This role will report directly to all three of the firm’s Managing Partners, including the Founder/Owner of our boutique broker-dealer.  Our chosen candidate will support a high volume of specific informational exchange and direct responsibilities within a variety of business silos to include: administrative, operations, information technology, compliance, investment marketing, accounting and finance (in order of emphasis).

Job Parameters:

Stonehaven will require a minimum commitment of 55+ hours per week with the availability to work longer hours including occasional nights and weekends. Candidate must be accessible and responsive during extended off-hours when needed.   

Skill Requirements:

- Expertise in creating and customizing layouts in Salesforce.com; proficient with administrator-level privileges and controls

- Advanced experience in customizing and utilizing Adobe Acrobat

- Advanced in Excel, able to construct models

- General knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

- Licensed FINRA Series 99 – Operations Professional or Series 7 General Securities Representative

- Proficiency in Quickbooks, including P L, balance sheet reports, cash balance reconciliation

- Proficiency in PerTrac Analytics and Reporting Studio
