Operations Associate recruitment

Principal Duties Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Processing and activating new currency trading accounts

• Performing back office operations such as, processing transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits, etc.) and posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks)

• Performing customer service functions and communication with clients (via phone, live person chat, emails) while providing a one-call resolution for client issues

• Updating and entering client account information

• Translating/editing documents and templates as needed

• Other job related tasks and projects as assigned

 Qualifications, Experience Skills all candidates must have:

• Entitlement to work in the UK (sponsorship will not be offered)

• A Bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 minimum

• Fluency in French preferred

• Sound computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), the Internet, and Adobe Acrobat

• Previous work experience in a similar role or related field ideally with customer service or financial services experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• An excellent attention to detail with a high level of organisational skills

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment

• Ability to be a self-starter, work with minimal supervision and be an excellent team player

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
