Operations Associate/Manager
An opportunity has arisen to be part of a team that supports the Managed Accounts business within the Equities division of a large Financial Services firm.

- SMA's, Equities, Custodians, HNW, Trusts
- Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, Iress, Compliance
Responsibilities
- You will be part of a small team supporting the Managed Accounts business that sits within the Equities division of a large Financial Services firm
- This part of the FS firm work in the private client and retail investor spaces providing a range of portfolio management solutions
- Although a middle office position the role does offer interface with market participants such as brokers, Fund managers, Custodians
- The role is multi-faceted with accountabilities covering daily trade execution across SMA's, reconciliations, corporate actions, SMA portfolio management, compliance monitoring and Iress management
- Assist with client queries and resolutions
Prerequisites
- Experience in an Operations/Trade execution role at a Managed Accounts business, Broker or Custodian
- Exposure to Australian and international equities
- Proficiencies across the Iress platform
- Meticulous with attention to detail and an ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
- RG146 is advantageous but not essential
- An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business or a related discipline is of interest
Circa $85k base salary with bonus plus Super.
