Operations Associate $13-15/hour DOE Some of the work will be very hot in the summer (for short periods of time), sometimes will lift up to 50 lbs. for no more than 30 minutes, MUST NOT BE SCARED OF HEIGHTS. The position does require forklift experience. Will be provided uniforms. Personality is more important than experience. Must be a real team player. There is definite room for growth. They promote based on job performance, not tenure. Ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, problem solver, results oriented able to trouble shoot. A science background is helpful but not necessary. Must be organized and understand the importance of the schedules. Shift is now 4 days on / 4 days off 4 nights on / 4 nights off.
