Operations Business Analyst – Change Management recruitment
A renowned global asset management company that has a strong global presence is seeking a Business Analyst to work within their change team in Asia Pacific. This team consists of investment change, operations change and IT change delivery managers and business analysts. The successful applicant will have previously worked in an Asset Management company and has strong BA experience. This role is a 2 year fixed term contract.
Some of the key responsibilities include;
- Liaise with key stakeholders at all levels
- Understand document operational requirements and the project lifecycle
- Build close working relationships with portfolio services to identify gaps and initiate new initiatives
- Analyse processes and all related documents including test plans
- Perform in an environment where multi-tasking and problem solving is key
Successful applicants must display the following;
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a BA in the financial industry in the investment or operations space. Asset management is also advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of operations and the trade lifecycle
- Proficient in financial markets and the instruments used
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Competent in problem solving and handle time pressure
