Our client, a National Telecommunications Organisation is a major provider of services to domestic and business customers in the UK.
A business that is notoriously renowned for its high levels of customer services and process driven procedures in a pressurised environment
Operations Centre Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal engineers and residential customers. The role will entail managing up to 60 engineers daily workloads ensuring they are meeting appointments on time and if necessary moving appointments around if delayed. The role will also involve booking appointments which are geographically efficient for engineers to ensure time is being efficiently used.
That’s why we need someone with excellent communication skills. Customer Service is key to this organisation, so you’ll need to have excellent communication skills and the ability engage with customers on the telephone. Someone with proven experience in prioritising and managing workloads.
The role is subject to shift patterns between Monday – Saturday (8am – 7pm).
