Operations Change Business Analyst/Project Manager London Tier 1 Investment Bank. Our client is looking for an experienced BA/PM with operational knowledge to join its change initiatives within operations.
They have been working on a number of regulatory pieces of work and are due to make submissions to the regulators in the next month. They now need a team of BA/PM's to come on to the next stage of the programme in which you will be responsible for analysing the information from the regulators. You will be taking business requirements and navigating queries from the regulators. You will also be involved in various change initiatives. You will also be working on scalability for the future and making plans for the projects teams. There is a heavy focus on stakeholder management in this role.
You will need strong Investment Banking experience as well as business analysis and project management skills. Programme management experience would be of interest. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills and a breadth of knowledge across products and a sound understanding of operations. Experience around regulatory work would be useful.
