Operations Change Management – AVP to VP recruitment
Our client is an established Global Investment Bank who is currently looking to hire an experienced Change Delivery Manager at AVP or VP level to join the dynamic team
Strong experience in Investment Banking Operations (Middle of Back office)
Operations Change / Project Management (Business Analyst or Project Manager)
Good knowledge of FICC products
The Position
This team supports the delivery of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) projects across 8 locations in the region
This would also include new products traded by the business, investment in new markets, regulatory driven change changes and operational efficiency initiatives
There would be 2 functions in this team (Portfolio Funding Management and Change Delivery Management)
You will work closely with Operations RTB teams to analyse and determine requirements in order to produce detailed BRD for IT to propose solutions
Coordinate and oversee end-to-end UAT processes and ensure testing is conducted properly and completed on time
Work closely with various stakeholder and ensure timely implementation of projects following UAT completion
The Candidate
MUST have at least 8 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations (MO/BO)
Operations line role/BAU support experience working with other Operations line/ RTB teams
Demonstrated experience in Operations Change/ Project Management positions
Knowledge in FICC products is mandatory
Strong communication skills
