A well known logistics company is seeking dedicated office personnel. Experience within a warehouse office environment is a must. The Operations Clerk will process orders and execute transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Primary Responsibilities include: - Utilize shipping manifests to enter data into the WMS system. - Verify accuracy of shipments. - Process shipping invoices and dispatching paperwork. - Maintain communication with the warehouse floor to maintain efficient freight processing timelines. - Greet as well as dispatch drivers to the appropriate location in the dock yard. - Ensure shipping compliance is met at all times. - Occasionally navigate onto the warehouse floor to verify a shipment or piece of paperwork. - Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Working hours: 2nd shift: M-F 3:00PM-11:30PM (plus OT as needed) Looking for qualified 2nd shift workers. If you have recent experience and are looking for a long-term position apply here!
