Operations Client Relationship Manager (Hong Kong Based) recruitment
Job Duties
• Acting as the single point of escalation for external clients
• Liaise with teams to identify key Ops issues, common themes or efficiency initiatives that should be addressed with clients.
• Lead discussions and initiatives including all OCRMs across products
• Track client feedback and action plans to address follow ups and concerns raised from client visits or surveys.
• Work with teams to maintain and update key clients list and insure that appropriate Ops teams have process in place to communicate/escalate issues as needed.
• Representing Operations on client visits
• Lead discussions and provide product training to clients.
• Conduct client surveys across products and publish reports.
• Meet with key clients to understand, handle and escalate key operational issues
• Managing relationship with key clients
• Ensure appropriate resolutions are undertaken whenever issues arise
• Identifies and drives required changes (new business, capacity, industry, regulatory, efficiency, etc.)
• Manage projects
• Manages key relationships with internal/external clients and Firm stakeholdersand negotiates with clients and/or other departments on key timelines
• Participate in industry forums
• Provides support to internal and external clients
• Take the initiative to improve their business processes
•Being a leader of the team
• Provides training
Requirements
• Ideally at least 10 years of experience in Client Services or Operations within investment banking
• Cross product knowledge
• Strong listening and verbal/written communications
• A proven leader
• Experience in external client interaction with strong network among industry partners is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in BOTH English and Mandarin is a must
• Overseas candidates will be considered for this position. However, expatriate package will not be offered.
