Operations Client Services Manager recruitment

They have been experiencing growth throughout the region and as a result they are looking to recruit an experienced Client Service Manager within their Securities Services team.
Main Function:
- The selected candidate will serve as a focal point of contacts for clients and other departments of the bank.
- Respond to clients and resolve issues quickly and accurately
- Manage and recommend workflow changes for greater efficiency
- To identify service improvements and implement it in conjunction with Operations
- Track client enquires, request, feedback, complaint and compliment in client relationship management tool
- Review service performance with clients on outstanding invoices when escalated by billing team
- Liaise with other departments to complete request for proposal, SLA and Questionnaires
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Proven experience in client services
- A recognized tertiary degree
- 3 to 5 years experience in Securities Industry
- Broad knowledge of banking operations ideally in securities
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Analytical and procedural system skills
