Operations Consultant I

Bachelors Degree Or Equivalent
2- 5 years Of Related Analyst Experience
2-5 years of administrative and/or operational experience
3 or more years of experience in a home office administrative and/or operational environment preferred.

1. Strong Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint skills required.
2. Knowledge of Business Intelligence/CDW or similar data system(s) preferred.
3. Experience managing projects desired.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently
6. Ability to interact with multiple levels of management
7. Demonstrated ability to provide expertise and provide guidance to team members and business partners

Partners with multiple business partners to coordinate, evaluate, develop and implement operational, administrative and technical programs and procedures for Premium Audit. These responsibilities may include training, workflow redesign, business systems consulting, conducting operational reviews, management information analysis and other organizational development initiatives. Assist in addressing development needs within the claims offices as identified and act on opportunities to support process/workflow improvement for Premium Audit.
