Operations control manager recruitment
Main responsibilities
* Working within global markets operations you will be involved with the transaction processing.
* You will be working with SOX systems control reviews within HK and APAC markets and prior knowledge in this would be ideal.
* Required to understand and communicate any changes in internal policy to other parties.
* Answering onsite queries.
* Organising and running of meetings.
* Operational loss identification and management.
* You will also act as a Business analyst/project manager for the team.
Job requirements
* A post-graduate diploma or degree.
* Previous experience of Audit, Internal Control, risk management functions would help.
* Experience within Financial markets industry.
* Evidence of active participation in establishing and managing effective operational risk.
* Strong people management experience.
* Advanced negotiation skills.
* Excellent PC skills such as Microsoft Access Excel.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relations with the business ares.
* knowledge across asset classes including FX, Money Markets, Derivatives and Securities
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
