Operations Controller
Reporting to the Central Operations Manager, to support the delivery and distribution of calls. Produce daily stats and KPI's as defined by the management team. You need to be able to communicate effectively and have IT knowledge. A professional level of customer service is to be delivered at all times. Occasionally situations may arise that require the post holder to perform other duties or tasks as may be reasonably requested.
Duties and responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the call distribution system, producing daily call reporting statistics, responding to requests for assistance with systems, identifying problems, trouble shooting and providing assistance to users. Training new starters on telecoms, providing support with technology systems and deal with all enquiries efficiently and effectively.
You will also be able to work effectively within a team. You will be reliable and honest, have a great eye for detail, be tactful and diplomatic and flexible with regard to working hours and patterns. You will also assist with the management of costs.
IT and call distribution experience would be advantageous
