Operations Conusltant/ Manager (M&A) recruitment
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations and a minimum of two years within the MA environment being highly desirable. The team focus on providing practical operational insight involved in transactions at all stages of the deal cycle including integration, 100 day planning, separation, Operational Due Diligence and Synergy case development.
The role requires a combination of strong analytical skills and rounded inter-personal skills, leading and facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders. A strong academic background is required with excellent written and spoke English. You must work effectively and enthusiastically with a sleeves rolled up attitude.
