A premier healthcare software and medical billing company is currently seeking a dynamic, team-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills to serve as the Operations Coordinator.  The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

 

·         5-10 years experience managing a small business office handling a wide variety of administrative, clerical and accounting tasks.  Ability to handle and manage confidential information a must. 

·         Assist with purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, using MAS 90.

·         Supervise and back up the Front Desk Assistant, purchase and manage office supplies, office equipment, shipping, and mail.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.  

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from all levels of internal management and staff.  Ability to work well with clients and vendors.

·         Must have strong organizational skills and be flexible in a fast paced environment where some overtime will occur.  

·         A.A./B.A./B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent education and experience.  MAS 90 experience a plus.
