Operations Coordinator recruitment
Job description:
• Responsible for commercial and operational management of storage contracts in the region
• Develop strategies for additional / alternative storage solutions, i.e. spot tanks when required/needed
• Berth to berth logistic management with a focus on cost efficiency and product compliance (quantity and quality)
• Constantly monitor Terminal’s operations to guarantee high efficiency
• Planning operation interfaces such as: stocks, demand, schedules, loading capacity, product quality etc.
• Interface with the Chartering department in Geneva HQ with regards to fixing vessels/barges, demurrage management
• Provide input/advice for global Operations department for nominations, contract executions, volumes, etc.
• Support on all costs and financing
• Building and execution of distribution schedule for the supply side
• Overview and support for distribution operations
• Collection and dispatch of market information to traders
Experience Required
• Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience
Languages
• Fluent English
• Native and/or fluent Filipino is highly desired
