In this largely autonomous role, as the Operations Director, you will devise, promote and deliver an innovative strategic programme to support the business' growth plans and vision.
This is a newly created position within the business, and as such, you will have the opportunity to really make this role your own.
By overseeing the sales operational processes at all levels, you will facilitate new business solutions, processes and systems, requiring your proactive and strategic approach coupled with your entrepreneurial flair.
Covering our client's offices throughout the UK, you will report directly to the CEO and liaise daily with the sales management team.
To be considered for this superb opportunity, you must have:

- Experience within the recruitment industry
