A growing digital marketing company in the heart of the Silicon Roundabout are transforming from waterfall to Agile project delivery and require an experienced Agile practioner to drive this change.
My client is a long established digital marketing agency that over the past decade have built an enviable reputation for creating and delivering some of the best digital marketing conversations in the world. They work with the likes of HSBC, Kingfisher, Carphone Warehouse and MS and are well loved by their clients for their insights, dependability and results.
The managing director has identified Agile as the path the company should go down in order to maximise results, moving away from the current Waterfall method of delivery. For this reason, they are now seeking an experienced agile project manager/agile consultant with a strong track record of implementing agile methodologies in digital agencies. Taking control of the part of the business that delivers projects and campaigns to their clients, you will motivate and manager current project managers and developers to work in an Agile way.
The successful candidate will most likely have the following skills and experience;
