This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Bank in London as Operations Director. The role holder will be required to:
- Leadership of operation functions for overall achievement of performance metrics, service standards and contribution of performance objectives.
- Provide cohesion and direction over multiple sites and geographies
- Build, develop and motivate high performance teams at all levels that are committed to achieving success through each other.
- Over see operations of customer experience, control management, cost management, operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key skills/experience:
Essential
- Excellent, proven Programme Management, Programme Director and Change Management skills and expertise, minimum 5 years;
- Natural leader with an ability to operate in a complex, matrix environment;
- Understanding of Banking environment.
- Worked on a operations programme.
- Programme experience with contact centre focus
- Control management and corporate governance
- HR policies and procedures.
- Worked extensively in Operations
- Customer focused roles.
Preferred
- Knowledge of complex Financial Services environments;
- Expertise at Offshoring projects to third parties around the world.
- Cards/ payments experience
